IFC clash detection, online and free
Clash detection shouldn't require a workstation, an install, and a license dance. ClashControl runs the whole thing in your browser.
Load one or more IFC models, define which disciplines should never touch (and which need clearance), run the check, and review every collision in 3D. Hard clashes, soft clashes, section planes to slice into dense areas, and BCF 2.1 export so issues flow into your normal process.
Because it's a PWA, it runs on any machine — and on localhost, so sensitive models never have to leave your network.

- What's the difference between hard and soft clashes?
- A hard clash is geometry physically overlapping. A soft clash is a clearance/tolerance violation — things too close even if they don't touch. ClashControl checks both.
- Do my models get uploaded anywhere?
- No — IFC parsing and clash detection run fully client-side in your browser. An optional localhost engine can be enabled for exact-mesh boolean ops, also without leaving your network.
- Which IFC versions are supported?
- IFC 2x3 and IFC4, via the web-ifc WASM library.
